All I can say is that if you know a lot about funerals and don`t need any guidance through the process, you might have a better experience. I think they will also take better care of customers with big budget funerals. These people do not communicate well with each other or with customers. Working with them made a painful experience even more horrible. I have only given them one star because that is the lowest rating possible.

When we went to the office, they didn't have the necessary paperwork ready and we had to wait. Yet they had been clearly told when the graveside service would be and demonstrated this knowledge by digging the hole. It was a terrible experience and the lady from the cemetary even told us that what happened was unacceptable.
